A workshop was conducted with The Cathedral & John Cannon School students on 03 February 2017. A total of 30 students from Grade 11 participated in the workshop helmed by our Graphic Design Lecturer Ms. Chaity Tan and Interior Design Lecturer Mrs. Manasee Kakkad. The workshop consisted of an interactive activity consisting of the students trying to package an egg with straws to prevent it from breaking which would then be dropped from a height to test the design. This fun-filled activity helps students to understand how to solve a problem through creativity. A presentation on Creativity, Design and Passion followed the activity to further engage the students and help understand the field of design.
